执行中央市场部的市场策略，制定区域市场推广计划，深度了解区域市场，跟进评估区域推广活动的执行(频率和质量)，不断提升推广效率；

定期拜访KOL和区域讲者，完善大区层面推广活动；

与销售团队共访，辅导，落实产品策略执行和产品信息传递;

定期组织产品知识和策略学习，提高团队专业水准；

沟通，协调市场部大项目的执行，及时提供反馈；

内外部区域市场会议及专家会议的筹备及召开，汇总并及时传递各类信息

职位要求：

本科及以上学历，市场营销，临床医学或相关专业优先，有骨科关节经验优先；

5年以上医疗器械行业相关工作经验，至少3年销售岗位经验，包含大客户(KA)销售或区域销售/市场岗位经历；

具备良好的跨部门沟通与渠道管理能力，能推动市场项目执行并及时反馈；

成熟稳重，结果导向，具备较强的沟通，谈判与影响力，接受出差
