We are searching for the best talent for Production Operator (Multiple Openings).Purpose: Under the direct supervision of the Facilitator of the Department to which he / she is assigned, perform all the required functions with the various manufacturing areas in accordance with the specifications, “GMP / QS Regulation” Good Manufacturing Practices, Safety Rules and Employee Manual. Operate manufacturing machines making adjustments, changes and preventive maintenance if necessary. Participate through a period of training, qualification and learning curve during which you will perform the duties of the position.

You will be responsible for:

• Configure and operate automated, semi-automatic and/or manual equipment in accordance with the specifications of the process.
• Verify products on the assembly line to confirm that they are correctly assembled and eliminate defective products.
• Cleaning the work area to avoid contamination and / or mixing of products.
• Execute basic preventive maintenance, responsible for basic equipment troubleshooting and general machine problem correction to minimize downtime, must notify supervisor of necessary equipment maintenance and/or repairs.
• Product assembly according to the specifications and “GMP’s or “QS Regulation ”of the Area.
• Prepare and complete the documentation of the different manufacturing steps as established by the specifications of the area.
• Batch Reconciliation (“Batch”) and transfer of material to the appropriate areas.
• In processes or departments where the Certified Operators system is implemented, the Associate will be responsible for inspecting and disposing of the product according to the Quality Assurance Plan.
• Use personal protective equipment according to specifications, to perform the work in a safe manner.
• Participate in process improvements of project activities as assigned. This may require; identification of areas of opportunity, revisions of specifications, participation in development activities, etc.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
• At least one (1) year of experience is required.
• Availability to work overtime, various work schedules, which may include 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and 12-hour daily shifts, including weekends and holidays is required.
• Basic knowledge of computer skills and the use of their applications (Microsoft Windows, MES, HMI, etc.) is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.
