Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position includes:

  • Responsible for Finish Goods and Sub Assembly weekly plan for the responsible areas.

  • Monitor Raw Material availability, constraint and align capacity usage and ramp up as needed.

  • Work with PPL Leader to align monthly volume commitments to set up System Capacity.

  • Monitor planned vs. actual outputs, set-up temporary design changes, ensure production is not schedule over major preventive maintenance. In addition, provides guidance for optimal Preventive Maintenance timing.

  • Proactively monitor and address production disruptions that may impact Customer Service.

  • Responsible to analyze and resolve with Business Unit Manager any short-term capacity planning.

  • Accountable for explaining and monitoring execution versus Weekly Plan and Monthly PSR.

  • Participated and support Integrated Production Teams (IPT) for manufacturing line (s).

  • Recommends if additional capacity is needed and align with Business Unit Managers.

  • Responsible for managing re-introduction of material on-hold and salvage.

  • Responsible for communicating Available to Promise to Affiliate and Domestic locations for product. Trend analysis for future demand in areas of starts/transfers.

  • Work with project team and event planner when product conversions and transfers.

  • Responsible for ensuring Inventory Targets are met.

  • Provide information for scorecard reports.

  • Dosimetry Audit and Bioburden Audit sampling program coordinator.

  • Key contact with supply planning to manage events and receive CTR factor information if necessary.

  • Comply with all environmental, safety and occupational health policies (i.e., ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001).

  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or operations is required.

  • A minimum of one year of related work experience is required.

  • Manufacturing Supervisor experience, Supply Chain Management experience, FG planning or Capacity Planner preferred.

  • Experience in using ERP system, JDE preferred.

  • Experience in Advance Planning System preferred.

  • Demonstrate leadership ability, self-starter, decisive, self –motivated, and desire to work in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Bilingual (Spanish & English).

  • Availability to work various schedules, which may include 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and/or 12-hour daily shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Advance computer skills and use of software application(s). (Microsoft Office)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required inter-facing with all levels of associates throughout the company.

  • Experience in using ERP system, JDE preferred.

  • Experience in Advance Planning System preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment while still meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrate leadership ability, self-starter, decisive, self –motivated, and desire to work in a team environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to anticipate and communicate impact of changes.
