We are searching for the best talent for the Warehouse Operations Associate role to be in Limerick, Ireland.

Purpose:

The Warehouse & Logistics Operative will play a key role in the day-to-day movement of finished goods and materials between onsite and offsite storage facilities. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling and storage of products, and providing ad hoc support to the Spare Parts team when required. The position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and experience working in a warehouse distribution environment.

As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will:

• Receive finished goods from production and ensure they are correctly handled and documented

• Transport finished goods to designated offsite storage locations in line with company procedures

• Move inventory and materials between warehouses as required to support operational needs

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries

• Support the Spare Parts team as required, including picking, packing, and organizing spare parts

• Maintain accurate records related to stock movements

• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Qualification/Requirements:

• Minimum Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment

• Forklift driving experience (valid license desirable)

• Strong awareness of health & safety practices

• Good attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible and willing to support other teams when required

Desirable:

• Experience working with inventory or stock control systems

• Experience working across multiple warehouse locations

• Knowledge of basic logistics or supply chain processes
