What Will You Do?

• Develop, analyze, and manage Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) to ensure alignment with engineering and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives by implementing accurate and efficient costing methodologies integrated within MBOM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with global standards and industry regulations.
• Control/review capital expenditure for all plants in Chillers NA in order to drive better control with manufacturing teams in the region.

How Will You Do It?

• By embracing a commitment to accountability and ethical practices, you will take ownership of outcomes, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and safety in all processes.
• Analyze and refine MBOM structures to enhance manufacturability and cost efficiency, working collaboratively across diverse perspectives to foster innovation and team success.
• Conciliate/review Capex in a weekly basis with main stakeholders for Chillers NA to drive a better performance and control of capital expenditure.
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to identify and solve problems, driving enhancements in process efficiency and data accuracy, while maintaining a close connection to operational realities to remove obstacles for stakeholders.
• Lead efforts to integrate feedback and improve practices daily, ensuring that lessons learned contribute to ongoing excellence.

What Are We Looking For?

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing cost analysis or related roles, with a strong background in MBOM management as well experience working with capital expenditure.
• Skills: Proficiency with SAP, Windchill PLM, and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Traits: Collaborative mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
