What You Will Do

The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of core HR processes across the organization. This position focuses on maintaining accurate employee data, managing HR systems, and supporting day-to-day HR activities to enhance operational excellence. As a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, the HR Operations Specialist helps drive consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience through responsive and detail-oriented support.

How You Will Do ItHR Administration

Keep HR operations running smoothly by ensuring employee data is accurate and well managed.

  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Support onboarding documentation
  • Keep HR files organized and compliant
  • Handle employee data accurately and on time

Employee Support

Provide friendly, reliable support to employees throughout their journey.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding
  • Answer HR-related questions
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Manage requests through HR systems

Continuous Improvement

Help make HR processes simpler and more effective.

  • Identify improvement opportunities
  • Support process enhancements
  • Contribute to HR projects

What we look for Required

  • Fluency in English and French
  • 1–2 years in HR, operations, or service environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organization skills
  • Experience with databases and MS Office

Preferred

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • HR Service Center experience
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems
  • Experience with tools like Share Point or Service Now

Salary:

Gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR, plus a bonus after six months. Final offer depends on experience and qualifications.
