Gordon Brothers Industries—Australia’s largest industrial refrigeration company—has proudly joined the Johnson Controls family. With offices across all mainland states, we design, build, and service complex industrial refrigeration systems across mining, chemical, food, beverage, and other critical sectors.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Adelaide team. If you’re self‑motivated, reliable, safety‑focused and ready for a challenging and rewarding career, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform planned and unplanned service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems

  • Complete all service documentation accurately and on time

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers

  • Participate in company‑provided training, toolbox meetings, and service meetings

What You’ll Bring Essential:

  • Qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic

  • Current valid driver’s licence

  • Current ARC licence

  • Current Restricted Electrical Licence

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Previous experience in industrial refrigeration

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Flexibility to manage workload and meet deadlines

  • Ammonia experience (preferred but not essential)
