  • We are seeking a proficient and motivated IT Analyst
  • Integration Specialist to join our B2B Ecommerce IT Team in Bangalore or Pune. The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in designing system integrations for ecommerce platform with backend ERPs such as SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, AS400, Baan. This will be a techno-functional role requiring coordination with enterprise middleware teams, to implement the Mulesoft, Azure Integration Services integrations. This role is pivotal in enhancing our operational capabilities through effective integration strategies.

What You Will Do:

  • Engage with various stakeholders to understand integration requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals and customer needs.

  • Design & define source-target field mapping, value and format transformations, non-functional requirements, focusing on creating efficient and reliable processes.

  • Become the subject-matter-expert for system integrations and point of contact for the application teams.

  • Continuously monitor and troubleshoot integration systems, addressing challenges promptly to maintain high operational standards.

  • Document integration workflows comprehensively to support future scalability and system understanding.

  • Coordinate and support integration / API testing.

  • Facilitate training sessions for team members and users, ensuring the effective adoption of new integration solutions.

  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing system performance and driving continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and innovative problem-solving approaches.

  • Foster collaboration and trust across teams, ensuring diverse perspectives are acknowledged and integrated into solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

  • 4-8 years of experience in system integrations, particularly with Salesforce, ERP systems, and Mulesoft.

  • Proficient in integration best practices, data mapping, and troubleshooting complex systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and remove operational obstacles, ensuring seamless workflows.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, conducive to effective teamwork.

  • Proficient in API testing and execution tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JMeter etc.

Preferred Skills:

  • Possess Salesforce and Azure certifications.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD tools, and automated testing.

  • Knowledge of database management systems and scripting languages.

  • Familiarity with network connectivity and security protocols.
