What will you do

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial insight, strategic planning, and performance management across a large, complex business with annual revenues of**$0.5B**. Operating within a centralized FP&A model, this role partners closely with senior leadership while collaborating with remote FP&A and business‑support teams based in Slovakia and India who do not report directly to this position. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with the ability to lead through influence across geographies, time zones, and organizational structures.

How will you do it Strategic Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead the annual operating plan, long‑range planning, and forecasts for assigned business area.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to translate operational drivers into accurate financial projections.

  • Manage monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; recommend actions to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools that improve visibility and accountability.

  • Influence without authority — drive clarity, accountability, and performance standards across a distributed FP&A ecosystem.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership despite the matrixed structure.

What we look for

  • 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a complex, multi‑business‑unit environment.
  • Experience supporting a business of $0.3B+ in revenue; multinational or multi‑region exposure strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrixed, global environment, with the ability to manage remote teams and influence stakeholders who are not direct reports.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems (Oracle, iScala), PowerBI, and consolidation tools (One Stream).
  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CPA/CMA is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Forecasts are accurate, and timely.
  • Senior leaders receive clear, actionable insights that drive better decisions.
  • Remote European teams feel aligned, supported, and accountable despite not reporting directly to the role.
  • FP&A processes become more standardized, efficient, and data‑driven.
  • The FP&A Manager is viewed as a strategic partner, not just a reporting resource.
