Service Excellence Support

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to support our Service Excellence team. This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across customer service, business processes, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service delivery by managing tools, documentation, and customer communications
  • Map, analyse, and continuously optimise the end-to-end customer journey to enhance experience, identify pain points, and drive service improvements across all touchpoints
  • Manage and support vetting and clearance processes, ensuring all checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive data with integrity, ensuring strict adherence to data protection standards, information governance policies, and best practice at all times
  • Design, implement, and continuously refine service processes that improve operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of new and existing service processes using data, KPIs, and feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with them to identify service gaps, recommend enhancements, and support the delivery of a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and service excellence, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the People function

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Confident using IT systems and managing data and the ability to use data, metrics, and feedback to evaluate service performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict compliance with data protection and information governance standards
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence positive change
