職責

• 負責物業保養, 檢查維修及保養一般電力裝置、冷氣維修等工作, 包括所有酒店範圍 如客房, 公共區域, 辦公室及室外地方及進行預防性維修管理

資歷

• 中五程度或持相關證書 / 文憑

• 懂電腦操作

• 具備相關工作經驗及持有電牌者優先

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC/ BMS systems to ensure that the building and all its technical areas are regularly maintained to provide a safe, clean and functional environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or education background (Holders of certificates/diploma/High Diploma, etc)in engineering fields
