What you will do

We’re looking for an experienced Anaplan Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our enterprise sales planning solutions. This role focuses on commercial planning, quota setting, territory and quota management, and sales capacity planning.

You’ll act as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Anaplan solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.

  • Ensure governance: data security, access controls, and compliance in all models.

  • Work with integration teams to manage data flows with systems like Snowflake, Salesforce, One Stream, Workday, and Callidus.

  • Enable users: create documentation, training, and run enablement sessions. Monitor adoption and continuously improve the platform.

  • Anaplan product SME – keep up with the latest features and ensure solutions scale with business needs.

  • Provide thought leadership on Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) practices, including model lifecycle management, governance, and internal capability building.

What we look for

  • 8+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar enterprise planning platforms(e.g., Oracle SPM, Varicent, Xactly, Forma.ai., Workday Adaptive Planning, Callidus(SAP)).

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Solution Architect in enterprise planning or commercial systems.

  • Technical knowledge in one or more of the following: understanding and explaining how technical issues have been troubleshot, Anaplan model building (or similar technology), Anaplan administration, workspace management, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

  • Experience with system integrations and troubleshooting data discrepancies.

  • Strong functional knowledge of quota setting, or compensation management, territory planning and sales capacity planning in a commercial context.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, and IT).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Certified Anaplan Administrator, Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (TAW, Jira, Salesforce).
