负责跟进区域内制药行业暖通空调项目，销售大型中央空调主机设备和末端设备，达成销售目标。
你将会怎么做:
1、负责所在区域的大型中央空调机组以及末端的销售；
2、开拓销售渠道，维护与甲方、设计院的关系；
3、根据甲方及设计院的要求，提供初步的空调设备选 型及技术解决方案；
4、负责标书的制作，投标方案的确定；
5、负责协助与客户方的商务、技术谈判，提供高质量服务；
6、公司内部订单的推进执行；
我们期待的是:
要求:
1、有良好的暖通空调销售背景；
2、 暖通、空调、制冷、自动化或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历；
3、3年以上暖通行业产品在医药行业销售经验，或者暖通工程，自控工程，节能改造工作经验。
优先考虑的:
1、具有一定的技术方案设计能力；
2、良好的甲方和设计院关系；
3、良好的沟通能力，极强的谈判能力，具有开拓精神；
4、积极主动，较强的团队合作意识
