CDU Mfg Program Leader

Role Summary

Responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of CDU product industrialization and production launch, ensuring smooth transition from pilot to mass production through hands-on coordination, strong execution discipline, and problem-solving in manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of CDU product launch execution from pilot build to mass production
• Build and maintain detailed production schedules covering equipment readiness, installation, validation, and pilot runs
• Drive cross-functional teams (IE, PE, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure execution alignment
• Lead pilot builds and manage ramp-up from pilot to full production capacity
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring closure with accountability
• Organize run-at-rate activities to validate output, yield, and cycle time
• Track KPIs including delivery, quality, and cost; support cost reduction efforts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering-related fields
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in NPI / product launch / factory ramp-up
• Strong understanding of production process and validation (FAT/SAT)
• Hands-on experience in shopfloor execution
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing and quality tools
• Strong execution mindset and communication skills
• English: workable level
