Job Description:

 Johnson Controls is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Siebel Technical Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Siebel CRM solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Siebel architecture, data modeling, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Siebel applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during the implementation of Siebel solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Manage Siebel configurations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations within the Siebel environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in Siebel CRM, with a strong focus on technical architecture and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Siebel tools, scripting, and administration.
• Experience with integration technologies such as EAI, EIM, and Java web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
