What will you do?

  • Ensure requested materials are available and complete.

  • Supervise picking and packing processes.

  • Monitor timing and accuracy in order fulfillment.

  • Check inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.

  • Identify system discrepancies and suggest corrections.

  • Oversee material reception and proper storage.

  • Control outbound flows to production.

  • Assign tasks to warehouse or picking staff.

  • Train the team on procedures, safety, and system usage.

  • Evaluate performance and motivate the team to achieve goals.

  • Propose efficiency improvements in picking operations.

  • Identify bottlenecks or recurring errors.

  • Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, logistics, production).

  • Generate reports on picking performance, errors, and productivity.

  • Document incidents and corrective actions.

  • Maintain accurate records in the system.

  • Attend staff meetings.

  • Monitor idle times.

  • Perform root cause analysis.

How will you do it?

  • Working with JCMS operating system tools.
  • Develop and implement effective material management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Supervise material planning and scheduling aligned with production requirements and operational goals.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Lead and train material management staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.
  • Implement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed professional degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in material management or inventory control.

  • SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules (desirable).

  • Internal logistics concepts.

  • Root cause analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical skills focused on process optimization and waste reduction.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams and external partners.

  • Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams in dynamic environments.

  • Proficiency in material management software and inventory tracking systems.

  • Schedule availability for rotating shifts.
