你需要做的是
熟悉公司内部流程制度，尤其是零售方面流程，完成内部事务处理；
掌握公司渠道水机产品的技术特点，并根据工作需要了解系统优化方案;
掌握培训技能，按培训计划要求进行内外部技术培训;
负责区域零售市场开拓、管理等一系列工作，处理好与零售囤货商，分销商等的客情关系, 按公司零售体系要求，完成零售的相关工作.
你将会怎么做
建立和拓宽零售业务渠道，包括但不限于零售专卖店的建设，家装设计公司的开发，商场、小区等零售渠道的拓展等；
开发、维护零售经销商网络，提供良好的客户服务，建立并维护良好的客户关系.
我们期待的是
暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历；
优秀的人际沟通能力，团队协调合作能力和良好的承压性；
熟悉行业内零售家装市场，具备开拓省内分销商的能力;
同行业3年以上工作经验，家装零售类销售或技术类岗位工作优先
