- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in the metal industry (advantage MIG/MAG, AWI (TIG) welding)
- Structural fitter and machine fitter qualifications (Szakmunkás or OKJ)
- Knowledge of welding technology, materials science, occupational and fire safety, and quality assurance
- Fire safety professional exam/certificate (not required, but advantageous)
- Crane/equipment operator license (not required, but advantageous)
- Ability to read drawings, knowledge of WPS and standards
- Precision, ability to work in a team, good communication and work organization skills
- Problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
- May perform tasks not explicitly listed in the job description but falling within the scope of the role or as needed, under the supervisor’s instructions
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of the condition of entrusted tools and equipment
