Role Overview:
To maintain strong relationships with our blue chip customers and the maintenance/servicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems; there may be a small element of some installation/commissioning work. This role will involve visiting customer sites and requires the successful applicant to be customer-focused. The individual must work as part of a team and interact with colleagues, clients, and other trades professionally, presenting a positive image of the Company. The Security Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will involve close liaison with the Customer Service Team. Most importantly, the successful applicant will want to improve their skills, seek training on new and existing Enterprise solutions, and develop a career.
Main Responsibilities:

- Ensuring customer expectations are met

- Achieving company KPIs for attendance in line with the clients' Service Level Agreements

- Completing necessary Company documentation punctually and in accordance with guidelines
- Observing and adhering to company health & safety guidelines
Preferred qualifications:
CCure and Genetec are not essential but strongly preferred; however, if you have worked on other security systems and can demonstrate the aptitude to learn, we would invest in the necessary training.
Experience:
At least three years’ experience within the Security Industry working on CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems.
Skills:
- Experience in the Security/CCTV/Access Control sector
- Analytical and Diagnostic Skills
- Planning
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Time keeping
- Flexible approach to work and willingness to work extra hours as required, including occasional out-of-hours/weekend call-outs
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Team Player with the desire to share knowledge in a team environment
- Self-motivated and confident
- Practical and highly adaptable
- Cooperative and helpful at all times
