Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct your team to perform retrofit work, testing and commissioning, installation, service and maintenance and site supervision of BMS product
• Provide solutions for all manufacturing problems which require engineering to maintain quality, productivity, timeliness and cost standards,
• Responsible for overall planning on sales activities, tendering and negotiation process, marketing and promotional functions for retrofit work, testing, installation, services, etc
• Direct on-site engineers and other assigned personnel for effective problem solving. Evaluate and instruct the handling of Non-Conforming procedures/products/equipment
• Plan and provide on-going on-the-job training to engineers/ assistant engineers/ technicians in your Dept. and owners’ representatives in operating the equipment applicable to their tasks
• Achieve annual sales target in accordance with Company’s objectives and direction. Evaluate estimates on quotation/tender submission so as to employ the most cost effective means to meet contractual obligations and achieve optimum profit levels to the Company
• Ensure that your team observes site safety regulations and requirements as laid down by customer(s) and/or main contractor(s). Protect Company’s properties in office and at job sites, including office equipment, safety equipment, tools and documentation, etc
• Administer the calibration process of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years working experience in related field.
• Proven competence in BMS project execution and maintenance
• Excellent in project planning and have strong communication, leadership and management skills
• Able to meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
