What you will do:

Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a range of HR activities, including:

• Talent search and talent development initiatives

• Employee lifecycle management

• Review and refinement of HR processes and policies

• People metrics and analytics

• Audits and grants documentation

• Employee engagement activities

• Preparation of presentation materials and meeting notes

• Headcount planning and execution

What we look for:

• University or Polytechnic undergraduates who are keen to explore a career in HR.

• Self-driven to give their best at work, passionate about people matters and disciplined.

• Available for 10-12 months internship

• Bilingual skills a plus
