你需要做的是：
1.遵守公司道德政策、公司制度、政策和流程，遵守与本岗位相关的质量要求；
2.执行公司的安全环保健康管理规定；对本岗位的环境因素和危险源进行辨识及整改，熟记公司的重大风险和重要环境因素；有效实施公司的安全环保健康管理目标和管理方案；
3.组织创立或完善技术流程，编制或更新相关管理文件，宣贯相关要求并评估实施效果；
4.与印度同事开展技术流程的沟通交流，支持印度逐步建立和完善技术体系及流程；
5.领导CI项目；协助开展公司的质量和不断改进文化；
6.完成上级临时分配的任务。
我们期望的是：
1.本科及以上学历（工科背景，暖通/空调/机械/电气等专业优先）
2.必须能够熟练的用英语与印度人员面对面沟通
3.良好的组织、领导和协调能力（有领导过改善项目，熟悉研发技术流程优先）
4.工作认真细致，有较强的责任心，具备良好的沟通表达能力以及团队合作的精神
