What you will do：

1.Lead product development and introduction technical and management initiatives per PDP and related process.

2.Lead to work out absorption chiller's technical solution and reliability verification plan.

3.Track product quality status and lead continuous improvement of existing products.

4.Keep optimizing existing design procedure and method and improve design efficiency.

5.Communicate and coordinate with manufacturing plants during pilot, production and testing. Identify and solve issues during production. Handle product major technical issues. Collaborate with related departments.

6.Monitor product market requirement and technology development trend, drive technology research

7.Lead SQ order's engineering review. Schedule design plan per contract order requirement and deliver technical documents for production on time with good quality. Ensure the design meet domestic and international standards and customers' requirements.

8.Support SQ quotation and special application technical support.

9.Lead absorption chiller design work. Also, guide engineer and drafter's design work and enhance their technical capability.

10.Obey company's ethical policy, company regulation and process, comply with quality requirement corresponding to job position.

11.Execute company's EHS regulation. Identify environmental factor and hazard source related to job position and take rectification measures if necessary. Know company's major risk and important environmental impact factor, Ensure effective implement of company's EHS goal and management solution.

12.Accomplish temporary assignments from supervisor

what we want：

1. Requires bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering

2.At least 5 years’ experience for absorption chiller’s engineering

1. Competency and Skills ：

Good absorption chiller design skill

Be familiar with related technology & product knowledge and technical standards

Proficient at 2D and 3D CAD software

Good problem analysis and solving techniques

Good ability to organize and coordinate and leadership

Good English skill of listening, speaking and writing
