Channel Sales Manager
What you will do
承担并完成区域零售销售任务，不断增加市场份额； 制定零售销售及发展计划和市场战略，制定经销商及零售门店体系和销售政策，并监督和指导在区域的落地和执行，收集区域的反馈，适时调整区策略，以适应市场发展需求； 制定零售销售和发展进度报表，定期向中国区管理团队汇报； 定期规划并组织内部培训及重要经销商活动，收集反馈情况，制定反馈体系； 参与行业会议，正确向市场传达约克零售相关产品信息，提升约克水生态中央空调品牌价值； 其他零售业务发展相关工作。
What we look for
本科学历，暖通、制冷等相关专业； 5年以上销售管理经验或者8年以上家用中央空调销售经验，对中央空调零售发展有较深的认识和见解； 具备优秀的学习、沟通能力和团队合作精神； 善于分析、总结，有较强的创新能力和压力承受能力。
