工作内容
1. 营销策划与策略制定
制定约克水生态中央空调的年度/季度营销策略,包括产品上市、促销活动、品牌战役等整合营销方案。
基于市场趋势、竞品动作及用户洞察,策划差异化营销主题与传播概念。
负责营销预算的规划、分配与效果追踪 ,确保投入产出合理化。
2. 市场活动策划与执行
策划并落地约克水生态中央空调的全国性/区域性营销活动,如新品发布会、行业展会、经销商大会、终端促销等。
协调内外部资源,确保活动从策划、宣传、执行到复盘的全流程高效推进。
设计线上线下联动方案,提升活动声量与转化效果。
3. 业务支持与渠道赋能
为销售团队及经销商提供营销工具包(如产品话术、推广素材、培训资料等)。
策划渠道激励政策、终端门店体验提升方案,推动销售转化。
定期收集渠道反馈,优化营销策略与落地动作。
4. 品牌传播与内容运营
单独针对约克水生态中央空调制定品牌年度传播计划,统筹公关、新媒体、KOL/KOC、行业媒体等资源。
主导内容创意输出,包括视频、图文、案例包装等,强化品牌专业高端形象。
监测舆情与传播效果,及时调整传播策略,提升品牌美誉度。
5. 数据分析与优化
建立营销效果评估体系,通过销售数据、活动参与度、传播声量等维度进行复盘。
定期输出分析报告,为策略迭代与资源调配提供数据支持。
任职要求
1. 教育背景与经验
本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告、传媒等相关专业优先。
5年以上家电、家居、暖通或相关B2C/B2B行业营销策划经验,有中央空调、智能家居、采暖类产品经验者优先。
2. 专业能力
熟悉整合营销方法论,能独立完成策略规划、创意策划、资源整合与落地执行。
具备较强的活动策划与现场管控能力,能统筹多方协作。
具备优秀的内容创作与传播策划能力,熟悉新媒体运营及公关传播手法。
具备数据敏感度,能通过数据 分析发现问题并提出优化建议。
熟练使用PPT、Excel等办公软件,具备基础视觉审美能力。
3. 综合素质
出色的沟通协调与项目管理能力,能高效协同销售、产品、设计等多部门。
结果导向,抗压性强,能适应快节奏与多任务并行的工作环境。
具备创新思维与市场洞察力,对行业趋势和用户需求有敏锐判断。
