We are now seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Sydney team and support our expanding customer base.

About the Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will:

• Perform planned and reactive service and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems

• Complete service documentation accurately and on time

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Participate in training, safety initiatives, and service meetings

• Troubleshoot and think creatively to keep systems running efficiently

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• Qualified or experienced Refrigeration Mechanic

• Current valid driver’s licence

• ARC licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial refrigeration environments

• Ammonia (NH3) experience (advantageous but not essential)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong focus on safety and quality

• Flexibility with working hours when required
