Job Title: i Scala ERP Analyst Experience: 8-10 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled i Scala ERP Functional Support Analyst professional with extensive experience in providing functional support for i Scala ERP systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of i Scala modules, functional configuration, and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Provide functional support for i Scala ERP applications, addressing application support issues from users, ensuring effective resolution of support tickets complying SLA.

• Users Support: Take responsibility for the functional deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of i Scala ERP systems, as well as the related Edge Apps ecosystem.

• Proficient in i Scala Financial, Supply chain, Logistics, Project Management, Contract and Service Management advanced functionality.

• Solution Design: Designing & configuring i Scala ERP modules and related Edge Apps Solutions, complying global standards.

• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems.

• Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to facilitate smooth system operations.

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

• Data Migration: Develop source to target ERP mapping for i Scala ERP related functions. Able to develop SQL queries to ETL i Scala databases.

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionalities.

• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution and comply SLA standards.

Required Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience with i Scala ERP system.

• Strong understanding of Financial, Project Management and Service Management modules within i Scala.

• Proficiency in SQL and i Scala database management.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience with i Scala ERP implementation and upgrades.

• Relevant certifications in i Scala or Epicor ERP systems.
