Major Responsibilities : 主要职责

Coach and train design engineers to improve skills.

Participate to build global design process, and implement global process in local team.

To be responsible for product layout design, model tree planning.

Track working progress and make sure to deliver high quality model, drawing and BOM.

Lead CI project and problem shooting

Continue improvement design process and design quality control methods.

B. Requirement Profile : 任职条件: 学历,工作经验,能力和技能

1. Education 学历:

Bachelor Or Above in Mechanical 机械相关专业学士及以上

2. Experience工作经验:

Minimum 7 Years Relevant Experience, Air-Conditioning mechanic design preferred

7年以上工作经验,从事过空调结构设计工作的优先

3. Skills 能力和技能:

Ø Strong mechanical product design and drawing making experience Required( Preferred on Air-conditioning)

良好的机械产品设计和制图经验(空调设计经验优先)

Ø Strong Computer Skills (Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office, Etc.)

良好的计算机技能( Pro/E, AutoCAD, MS office等).

Ø Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills in English

良好的英语书面沟通和口头表达能力

Ø Strong Ability of communication and problem solving

良好的沟通和解决问题能力
