What You Will Do

• Manage one or more service projects from initiation to completion
• Liaise with all relevant departments to meet technical, commercial, and quality objectives
• Communicate directly with clients on technical matters with support from the Engineering Group where needed
• Maintain accurate project documentation including PO schedules and cost records
• Ensure engineering compliance and project quality through all phases
• Handle variation quotations and coordinate with Sales for customer relations
• Oversee timely invoicing, progress tracking, and resource coordination
• Support quoting, testing, commissioning, and customer visits as required
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Maximise project margins and minimise rework
• Achieve customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships
• Drive continual improvement in project delivery and outcomes

What We Look For Essential

• Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
• Good standard of English and Maths
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Nitro PDF
• Professional and courteous telephone manner

Desirable:

• Degree in Engineering or in Control, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
