Join our client's Bendigo team as a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month contract. Support facilities projects from start to finish whilst working alongside experienced professionals and contribute to project coordination, assist with operational deliverables, and develop your technical knowledge.

**Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly project deliverables including operational reports, project plans, status reports and cost reports

  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes for project meetings

  • Support day-to-day operational project tasks and coordinate between project and BAU teams

  • Maintain project programmes with clear milestones and keep risk registers up to date

  • Prepare Project Control Group reports and attend meetings as required

  • Support Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across all project activities

  • Ensure high attention to detail and quality across all deliverables

We're looking for an organised and proactive professional with strong communication skills, be comfortable managing stakeholders who can hit the ground running in this role!

  • Experience in property projects, facilities delivery or related qualification

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point and Teams

  • Understanding of change management, end-user communication and project management processes
