Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the property management sector
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for new business prospects
• Coordinate and attend client meetings, property tours, and industry events
• Maintain and update data base system with client and prospect information
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties and clients
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for property management services Prepare regular reports on business development activities and pipeline status
• Support the creation and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business development function
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies
