What this job involves:
This position focuses on providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer service while managing emails, tickets, and MEP Queues daily. You will coordinate with Amazon Meetings and Events Team Members to address inquiries and resolve requests as per SLA while providing customer centric service and re-confirming with employees on resolution provided before closing requests. This role contributes to JLL's business objectives by participating in weekly Office Hours/Trainings to ensure full understanding of assigned scope, completing labor requests each day for timely customer responses, resolving tickets following events to ensure SLA compliance, and following standard operating processes that deliver effective customer responses while incorporating feedback to improve performance.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Participate in all training programs assigned while managing emails, tickets, and MEP Queues daily
- Coordinate with Amazon Meetings and Events Team Members to address inquiries and resolve requests per SLA requirements
- Provide customer centric service while ensuring re-confirmation with employees on resolution provided before closing requests
- Participate in weekly Office Hours/Trainings to ensure full understanding of scope assigned while completing daily labor requests
- Resolve tickets following events to ensure SLA compliance while providing support in shared inboxes daily
- Follow standard operating process outlined to provide effective response to customers while ensuring all required reports are shared
- Incorporate feedback from activities to improve performance while sharing experiences with team members for continuous learning
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards while meeting timely response and support requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written English communication skills with exceptional customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook with ability to manage emails, tickets, and queues effectively
- Understanding of SLA requirements and ability to coordinate with team members for inquiry resolution
- Capability to participate in training programs and incorporate feedback for performance improvement
- Experience in customer centric service delivery with ability to re-confirm resolutions before request closure
- Skills in following standard operating processes while maintaining professional customer service approach
- Ability to share experiences with team members and contribute to continuous learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in meetings and events customer support or coordination roles
- Background in managing shared inboxes and daily reporting requirements
- Understanding of labor request processes and timely customer response protocols
- Knowledge of ticket resolution processes following events with SLA compliance experience
- Experience participating in Office Hours/Trainings for scope understanding and skill development
- Background in feedback incorporation and performance improvement initiatives with team collaboration skills.
