About JLL Retail Leasing Graduate Trainee

What this job involves

Working under the guidance of our experienced retail leasing professionals, you will gain hands-on experience and deeper understanding of the daily responsibilities that drive successful retail property transactions.

Your scope of work will include:

• Assist with tenant and landlord representation across various retail projects
• Coordinate property tours, site inspections, and client meetings
• Conduct market surveys and analyse retail trends and demographic data
• Research comparable lease rates and prepare market intelligence reports
• Support lease proposals, transaction documentation, and due diligence processes
• Maintain client databases and CRM systems
• Participate in client outreach, prospecting, and networking events
• Learn financial analysis and retail property valuation fundamentals

• Final year Graduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Genuinely interested in the retail industry with curiosity to understand retailers, F&B operators, and retail tenant mix dynamics
• Eager to learn about retail leasing and consultancy as part of our global business and international team
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in competitive environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly
