JLL est actuellement à la recherche d'une personne dynamique pour le poste de spécialiste principal(e), marketing afin de fournir un soutien fiable, rapide et efficace aux équipes des Marchés des capitaux et de la Location à Montréal. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous travaillerez avec un groupe diversifié de parties prenantes internes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et de clients externes, y compris des investisseurs institutionnels, des investisseurs privés, des clients fortunés et des promoteurs. Vous serez responsable d'orienter la stratégie de commercialisation des secteurs d'activité et des propriétés en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec vos équipes de courtage désignées du début à la fin. Ce poste offre l'opportunité de créer des solutions marketing innovantes qui résonnent avec les nuances du marché local tout en contribuant directement aux objectifs d'affaires de JLL. Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de mise en marché centrées sur le client, planifier et engager les parties prenantes pour assurer l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires

Concevoir et lancer des programmes de marketing pertinents qui font écho aux nuances des secteurs d'activité locaux et stimulent les ventes
-
Créer et exécuter toutes les initiatives de commercialisation de biens au moyen de modèles de marque JLL, incluant les nouvelles stratégies d'affaires, présentations, propositions, DP, brochures et campagnes

Développer et maintenir une série cohérente de garanties de base et de modèles, incluant statistiques, classements, études de cas et présentations
-
Gérer et mettre à jour les listes pour les campagnes d'e-mailing et d'courriel direct, en segmentant les audiences des clients selon leurs besoins et préférences
-
Surveiller et rendre compte de toutes les activités de marketing lancées et exécutées localement, en mesurant les paramètres de rendement pour améliorer les stratégies futures

Collaborer activement avec l'équipe de soutien au marketing et au courtage, Design Hub, les coordonnateurs du courtage et les pairs à l'échelle régionale et nationale
Qualifications requises :

Baccalauréat en marketing, en publicité, en communications, en affaires ou dans un domaine pertinent
-
Minimum de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience de travail connexe, en mettant l'accent sur le marketing dans le domaine des services professionnels
-
Excellente maîtrise de la conception graphique et de la suite de logiciels Adobe CC, notamment Photoshop, In Design et Illustrator
-
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale avec expérience de la traduction des besoins et défis de l'entreprise en solutions de marketing
-
Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation avec capacité de travailler en équipe et de jongler avec plusieurs projets simultanément
-
Bilingue, français et anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
-
Attention impeccable aux détails et capacité de s'épanouir dans un milieu de travail à cadence rapide avec des charges de travail exigeantes
Qualifications préférées :

Expérience dans le secteur immobilier

Expérience des outils d'automatisation du marketing, Eloqua préféré
-
Familiarité approfondie avec la suite Microsoft et Adobe, y compris In Design

Créativité et capacité de pensée d'ensemble

Attitude positive et volontariste face aux complications ou à l'adversité avec haut niveau de débrouillardise

Senior Associate, Property Marketing – JLLWhat this job involves:
JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Senior Associate, Property Marketing to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support to the Capital Markets and Leasing teams in Montreal. In this strategic role, you will work with a diverse group of internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external clients, including institutional investors, private capital, high-net-worth individuals, and developers. You will be responsible for driving the business line and property marketing strategy by working closely with your designated brokerage teams from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to create innovative marketing solutions that resonate with local market nuances while contributing directly to JLL's business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, driven, and analytical, with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.
What your day-to-day will look like:
-
Develop and execute customer-centric go-to-market strategies, plan and engage stakeholders to ensure business goals are met
-
Ideate and initiate relevant marketing programs that resonate with local business line nuances and drive sales
-
Concept and execute all property marketing initiatives using branded JLL templates, including new business pitching, presentations, proposals, RFPs, brochures, and campaigns
-
Develop and maintain a cohesive suite of baseline collateral and templates including statistics, rankings, case studies, and presentations
-
Manage and update lists for property email and direct email campaigns, segmenting client and prospective client audiences based on needs and preferences
-
Monitor and report on all locally initiated and executed marketing activities, measuring performance metrics to improve future strategies
-
Actively collaborate with Marketing & Brokerage Support Team, Design Hub, Brokerage Coordinators, and peers regionally and nationally
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or other relevant field
-
Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience, with emphasis on marketing within the professional services realm
-
Strong proficiency in graphic design and working with Adobe CC suite of programs, including Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience translating business needs and challenges into marketing solutions
-
Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to work in a team environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
-
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both oral and written
-
Impeccable attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with demanding workloads
Preferred Qualifications:

Real estate industry experience
-
Experience working with marketing automation tools, Eloqua preferred
-
Advanced familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite including In Design
-
Creative, "big picture" thinking abilities
-
Positive, can-do attitude in the face of complication or adversity with high level of resourcefulness

Comfortable and confident in conducting client presentations
**Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.
