What this job involves

• Perform daily preventive maintenance and routine inspections of building systems, including electrical, lighting, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and plumbing.

• Respond promptly to and resolve maintenance requests in the work order system, ensuring issues are addressed within required timeframes.

• Coordinate with external contractors on repair or project work and supervise their on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Strictly adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

• Accurately document maintenance activities, labor hours, and material usage.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications Desired experience and technical skills Required

• Must hold a valid Class A Electrical Worker License (Electrician’s “A” License).

• Minimum of two years of hands-on facility technical maintenance experience in commercial office or similar environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and mechanical equipment operation principles.

• Proficient in basic building system operations and troubleshooting, with strong practical, hands-on skills.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with client staff.
