We are looking for a Surveyor for our Asset Repositioning team which sits within our Development and Regeneration business line in Capital Markets.About JLL

Role Purpose

The surveyor will work within a market leading team in JLL’s Capital Markets business focusing on the Asset Repositioning, with a specific focus on mixed use development and repurposing strategy for sale.

What this job involves

• Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
• Project managing cross sector teams to lead development strategy advice
• Development modelling with Argus capability essential
• Preparation of asset repositioning market reports
• Financial analysis of opportunities
• Pre-sale due diligence / Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Coaching and upskilling of graduates

• RICS certification or close to obtaining it
• Strong communication and presenting skills
• Highly organised with ability to manage teams and hit deadlines
• Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and experience in development appraisals
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, innovative and hungry for success
• In addition, tenacity and drive are two key factors.
