ช่างประจำอาคาร (Technician)1. Job Purpose
To maintain and service machinery and utility systems at Yamahatsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to ensure minimal impact on production operations.
2. Key Responsibilities2.1 Operate and control daily machinery as follows:
2.1.1 Start steam system to production lines and shut down when not in use.
2.1.2 Start hot water system and hot water pump, check readiness, and shut down when not in use.
2.1.3 Operate air conditioning systems including chillers, cooling towers, heat rejection pumps, chilled water pumps, and AHU, and shut down when not in use.
2.1.4 Operate compressed air system including air compressors, air dryers, air filters, and compressed air tanks, and shut down when not in use.
2.1.5 Operate cooling system for mixers including chillers, cooling towers, heat rejection pumps, and chilled water pumps, and shut down when not in use.
2.1.6 Operate additional mixer cooling system including cooling towers and heat rejection pumps, and shut down when not in use.
2.2 Manage Facility documentation:
2.2.1 Record daily energy data including steam (1 point), nitrogen (1 point), electricity (2 points), and water (22 points).
2.2.2 Record machinery operating data for:
Chillers (4 units), Cooling towers (4 units), Pumps (22 units), Air compressors (2 units), Air dryers (2 units), Compressor tank (1 unit), Fire pump system (1 system), Hot water station (1), Steam station (1), Electrical MDB (2 stations).
2.3 Maintain machinery and ensure operational readiness:
2.3.1 Weekly: Replace air filters (changing room blower 1 unit, mixing room blower 2 units, hot water filter 2 units), test fire pump and eye shower, and conduct site safety inspections.
2.3.2 Monthly: Inspect fire extinguishers in responsible areas, collect energy data for ISO50001 and Sustainability reporting.
2.3.3 Quarterly: Replace air filters for mixing room blowers (30 units) and raw material room blowers (27 units).
2.3.4 All equipment undergoes preventive maintenance (PM) quarterly as per PM plan.
2.4 Receive work orders for construction and repair of machinery and utility systems from all departments.
2.5 Coordinate with contractors to assign construction and repair works.
2.6 Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or other departments.
2.7 Comply with Yamahatsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd. policies.
2.8 Comply with standards and regulations including GMP, ISO22716, ISO9000, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, and company safety standards.
3. Functional Competencies
3.1 Maintain and repair machinery within Yamahatsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
3.2 Perform any assigned tasks from supervisors.
4. Job Specification4.1 Education & Skills:

Vocational Certificate (ปวช.) / Diploma (ปวส.)

Major: Electrical, Industrial Mechanics, Electronics, or related fields
4.2 Experience:
-
At least 2 years of experience

Skilled in machinery maintenance

Strong ability to analyze machine problems

Able to work under pressure and demonstrate good tolerance under challenging conditions
