Gestionnaire de propriété – JLLCe que ce poste implique :
Le gestionnaire de propriété assurera la supervision de l'ensemble des activités courantes des propriétés Centre Eaton de Montréal, Place Montréal Trust et Le 1500. En collaboration étroite avec la Directrice générale et les membres de l'équipe d'exploitation, ce rôle stratégique contribue directement à maintenir des actifs de haute qualité tout en optimisant les revenus et en assurant une expérience locataire exceptionnelle. Le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations, la supervision du personnel et l'exécution des stratégies d'affaires alignées avec les objectifs de JLL.
À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

Préparer et contrôler les budgets d'exploitation et de dépenses en capital en collaboration avec l'équipe, visant à maintenir une qualité d'actifs de haut niveau tout en conservant des coûts d'exploitation compétitifs
-
S'assurer que tous les programmes liés à l'exploitation des propriétés soient mis en œuvre rapidement et efficacement, notamment la coordination des locataires, l'économie d'énergie, la gestion environnementale et les plans d'urgence
-
Veiller au respect des obligations de location, incluant les clauses des baux, les règles et procédures de l'immeuble (affichage, lignes de location, heures d'opération)
-
Contribuer à l'établissement et à la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à augmenter les ventes et à maximiser les revenus
-
Assurer le recouvrement des comptes débiteurs et payables, gérer le service à la clientèle et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les locataires et le public
-
Collaborer avec le Directeur du marketing et la Conseillère, location spécialisée pour sélectionner les programmes de promotion et les locataires temporaires alignés avec la vision des immeubles

Superviser, développer et former le personnel sous sa responsabilité, effectuer les évaluations de performance annuelles et assurer le suivi des objectifs fixés
Qualifications requises :
-
Diplôme universitaire requis, de préférence en administration ou en gestion immobilière
-
Minimum de cinq à sept années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire ou connexe au secteur de la gestion immobilière
-
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais
-
Solides compétences en gestion et capacité de travailler efficacement avec d'autres personnes à tous les échelons
-
Capacité démontrée à résoudre les problèmes de manière créative, à accomplir des tâches multiples et à équilibrer les priorités efficacement
Qualifications préférées :
-
Expérience en gestion de propriétés commerciales de grande envergure ou de centres commerciaux
-
Connaissance des logiciels de gestion immobilière et des systèmes de gestion de bâtiments
-
Esprit d'initiative et très bonnes compétences en leadership
-
Solide capacité d'analyse et de recherche
-
Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en travail d'équipe
**Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l'extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d'avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d'analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)
Property Manager – JLLWhat this job involves:
The Property Manager will oversee all routine property management operations at Centre Eaton de Montréal, Place Montréal Trust and Le 1500. Working in close collaboration with the General Manager and the operations team, this strategic role directly contributes to maintaining high-quality assets while optimizing revenue and ensuring an exceptional tenant experience. The position holder will play a key role in daily operations management, staff supervision, and executing business strategies aligned with JLL's objectives.
What your day-to-day will look like:
-
Collaborate with team members to prepare and track operating and capital budgets, maintaining high asset quality while ensuring operating costs remain competitive within the market
-
Ensure all property-related operational programs are executed in a timely and efficient manner, including tenant coordination, energy efficiency, environmental management, and emergency contingency plans
-
Ensure all leasing-related obligations are met, including contractual requirements, lease provisions, and building rules and procedures (signage, lease lines, operating hours)
-
Help develop and implement strategies designed to increase sales and maximize revenue
-
Ensure collection of receivable and payable accounts, manage customer service, and maintain excellent tenant and public relations
-
Work with the Marketing Director and Specialty Leasing Coordinator to select promotional programs and temporary tenants aligned with the properties' vision
-
Supervise, develop, and train designated staff members, conduct annual performance reviews, and ensure specified objectives are achieved
Required Qualifications:
-
University degree required, preferably in administration or real estate management
-
Minimum of five to seven years of experience in a similar position in a related field within property management
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
-
Strong management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
-
Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively, multitask, and effectively establish priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience managing large-scale commercial properties or shopping centers
-
Knowledge of property management software and building management systems
-
Strong sense of initiative and leadership capabilities
-
Solid analysis and research capabilities
-
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
**Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
