Being in the forefront
The Team Lead - Talent Acquisition Services is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team. You’ll be leading a team supporting recruiters with new hire paperwork, initiating and adjudicating background checks and drug screenings. The goal is to guarantee each new hire has a first-class on-boarding experience by ensuring their accurate set-up, timely completion of their I-9, and the receipt of their first pay check.
Having the know-how
You’ll need to be the go-to person; from the job posting process; through hiring and on-boarding; by educating employees, HR partners, and managers on company/local policies and procedures. As an expert, you’ll be able to anticipate next level questions and escalate appropriately. You’ll get the chance to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where everyone balances client needs, HR tasks, and project deadlines.
Being a trailblazer and breaking new ground
As a part of this team, you’ll need to operate across multiple HR platforms and develop innovate ways to enhance our on-boarding experience. In spite of this high volume of work, the team needs to be open to new opportunities to enhance the service we provide and take an active role in rooting out improvements that can be made.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. Also, at least two years of experience in leading corporate HR generalists or recruiting coordinators is preferred.

You keep on top of things as you’ll often need to reorganize your time day to day to deal with your team’s changing requirements. Data and analytics are an increasingly significant component of Human Resources and HR professionals.

Excellent communication skills are important – both written and spoken – and we’ll expect you to work independently, multi-task, and manage your time to meet deadlines. Most importantly, you’ll want to work as part of a diverse supportive and talented team.
