Role Overview The Account Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a key client account across Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Workplace Management (WPM) service lines. You will drive delivery of all S&P targets, manage supplier performance, achieve savings, and ensure excellence in compliance, risk management, and ESG performance. Working closely with the Global Sourcing Lead, Account Director, operations teams, and category management, you’ll align regional sourcing strategies to client requirements while fostering strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across service lines, aligned with client objectives and regional goals.
- Lead procurement planning, RFPs, bid analysis, recommendations, and contract approvals with client governance.
- Deliver savings and performance targets, reporting accurately through systems such as Jaggaer.
- Manage relationships with preferred suppliers, monitoring KPI compliance and contract performance.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage the S&P team to ensure high-quality delivery and accountability.
- Represent JLL S&P in client and supplier meetings, providing insight and updates.
- Partner with operations teams and facilities managers to align sourcing plans with operational priorities.
Supplier & Risk Management
- Oversee supplier qualification, onboarding, and evaluation processes.
- Implement corrective actions where service or compliance issues occur.
- Maintain accurate supplier documentation and develop proactive risk mitigation plans.
Reporting, Analytics & ESG
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports covering savings, supplier performance, KPIs, and risks.
- Analyze EMEA sourcing data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support transformation and ESG initiatives in collaboration with JLL’s ESG lead.
Operational & Transition Support
- Assist operations teams with negotiations, benchmarking, and pricing requests.
- Support supplier onboarding and transitions during account changes.
- Ensure S&P policies and processes reflect current country practices and compliance standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in international sourcing/procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of IFM and WPM markets, including technical services and security.
- Proven record of achieving savings and enhancing supplier performance.
- Leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Degree in business management or related field; MCIPS preferred.
- Understanding of ESG integration into sourcing processes.
