What this job involves:

• Develop and sustain a high quality well-motivated reception service

• Implement regulated and well-trained greeting for VIP and visitors

• Prepare and issue visitor cards, do good registration and retrieve them at day-end

• Receive all internal/external calls to reception with good etiquette

• Timely forward the urgent repairs/maintenance work order to duty engineer for resolution

• Try every means to improve service level of reception and concierge service

• Attend mandatory training to improve knowledge / skills and practice in the real circumstance

• Other miscellaneous assigned by the supervisor

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• Diploma or above with relevant experience

• Certificate in Secretarial, Business Studies, or equivalent

• Computer literacy is a definite pre-requisite

• Good command of English and Chinese
