Capital Markets 팀 – 매각자문 & 대출자문 담당 (대리과장급)담당업무

JLL's Capital Markets team in Seoul is looking for a talented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, such as at a real estate services firm, asset management company, securities firm, or bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Investment Sales Advisory

• Managing advisory services for the sale of commercial real estate, including retail complexes, residential assets, and development projects.

• Developing and executing asset disposition strategies.

• Sourcing potential investors and conducting targeted marketing.

• Preparing transaction-related documents, including Information Memorandums (IMs).

• Managing and coordinating the entire sales process, including bidding and due diligence.

• Assisting in the negotiation of sales terms and supporting the contract closing process.

Debt & Structured Finance Advisory

• Structuring financing solutions, including acquisition financing, refinancing, and project financing (PF).

• Sourcing domestic and international lenders and negotiating financing terms.

• Supporting the preparation of financing-related Information Memorandums (IMs) and other documentation.

• Assisting with the execution of loan agreements and the closing process.

자격요건

• 금융관련 자격증 소지자 우대(금융투자협회 자격증 등)

• Business Proficiency 수준의 영어 능력 필수

• Excel, Word, Power point 등 MS Office 역량 필수

• 관련 업종 경력 최소 2년 이상 보유자 (자문사, 회계법인, 자산운용사, 증권사, 건설사 등)

• 국내외 학사 학위 이상 취득자
