About Logistics & Industrial Department:

A team of professionals serving 50+ cities with expertise in warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions. They have facilitated USD 2.07Bn in logistics & industrial investment transactions and completed 340+ consulting assignments across multiple countries. The department handles everything from warehousing leasing to manufacturing site selection, 3PL services, and sustainability consulting. Their reach extends across India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Singapore, and Morocco.

What this job involves:

• Conduct Market Survey: Analyze real estate market trends and opportunities

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on property prices, market demand, and competitors

• Report Generation: Create reports and presentations using MS Office tools

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.

• Special Projects: Assist in various projects assigned by the Team Lead.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree

• Ready to do field visit

• Team player and to excel as an individual contributor if required

• Excellent communication skills

• Presentable

• Go getting attitude

• Self-Motivated

• Quick Learner
