What this job involves:

As a Senior Analyst in our Consulting practice, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how organizations think about and optimize their real estate portfolios. This role centers on leveraging data, analytics, and strategic insights to develop executable solutions that align with clients' business priorities and drive measurable real estate performance improvements. You'll tackle complex business challenges through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, translating raw data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Perform comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of client data, market intelligence, and external research to uncover insights that drive strategic recommendations

• Design and develop PowerBI dashboards and data analytics reports that transform complex datasets into intuitive, decision-ready visualizations

• Translate analytical findings into project-specific deliverables including presentations, strategic reports, and implementation roadmaps that tell compelling stories

• Facilitate and participate in client workshop sessions, using collaborative leadership skills to advance solutions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders

• Conduct complex financial modeling and synthesis of findings to support real estate portfolio optimization and workplace strategy initiatives

• Support client engagement activities and manage project workflows, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timeline commitments

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by researching emerging real estate trends and developing forward-thinking content on the future of work

• Provide informal mentorship to junior team members, sharing technical expertise and helping build consulting capabilities across the team

• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguous challenges and develop innovative solutions that create client impact

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with focus in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, real estate, or corporate strategy roles

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to create executive-level deliverables

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills with ability to interpret complex datasets and draw actionable conclusions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences through clear storytelling

• Proven time management and prioritization capabilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams and with clients

• Client-centric mindset with strong service orientation and stakeholder management abilities

• Highly organized approach to work with meticulous attention to detail and quality

Preferred qualifications:

• PowerBI proficiency with experience designing interactive dashboards and analytics solutions

• Real estate industry knowledge or experience with corporate real estate portfolios

• Background in statistics, research methodologies, or data science

• Experience facilitating workshops or leading collaborative problem-solving sessions

• Project management experience with exposure to multiple concurrent client engagements

• Knowledge of workplace strategy, future of work trends, or organizational change management
