About Office Leasing Advisory:

JLL's largest team in India with professionals specializing in office transactions and flex spaces. They have executed 6,500+ transactions covering ~203Mn sq ft for corporate occupiers between 2012-2022. The department provides comprehensive services from location selection and market analysis to lease negotiation and portfolio planning. Their integrated approach delivers increased negotiating leverage through technical due diligence.

What this job involves:

• Conduct Market Survey: Analyze real estate market trends and opportunities

• Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data on property prices, market demand, and competitors

• Report Generation: Create reports and presentations using MS Office tools

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies.

• Special Projects: Assist in various projects assigned by the Team Lead.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree

• Ready to do field visit

• Team player and to excel as an individual contributor if required

• Excellent communication skills

• Presentable

• Go getting attitude

• Self-Motivated

• Quick Learner
