Job Title: Security Head

Location: Cyber City, Gurugram

Reports to: Operation Head

Job Summary:

The Security Head is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of 17 commercial buildings, their occupants, and assets in Cyber City, Gurugram. They will lead a team of security personnel and oversee the implementation of security protocols and procedures across all locations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Security Operations: Manage and supervise security personnel, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems across 17 buildings.

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.

• Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and building policies.

• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage security personnel.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with building management, tenants, and local authorities.

Job Description (JD):

• Oversee security operations across 17 commercial buildings.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

• Manage security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Prepare and submit security reports to the Operation Head.

• Manage security budgets and resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (security management, law enforcement, etc.).

• 8-12 years of experience in security management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

• Familiarity with local laws and regulations.
