Commis Logistique – JLL

En quoi consiste ce poste : Rejoignez JLL en tant que Commis Logistique, où vous orchestrerez les opérations critiques qui alimentent notre succès quotidien. Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous optimiserez nos flux logistiques, gérerez nos inventaires avec précision et offrirez un service client exceptionnel, contribuant directement à la croissance et à la rentabilité de JLL. À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien :

• Gérer la réception et l'expédition de marchandises en utilisant les systèmes Fed Ex et autres transporteurs

• Opérer des équipements de manutention (chariots élévateurs, transpalettes) pour le placement et déplacement de palettes

• Enregistrer les entrées et sorties dans SAP et maintenir un inventaire précis

• Préparer et coordonner les commandes et expéditions vers les autres sites

• Entreposer les articles de manière ordonnée et gérer les dates d'expiration des produits

• Compléter les déclarations de matières dangereuses pour les transports routiers canadiens

• Distribuer le courrier et les colis aux différents départements

Qualifications requises :

• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en réception, expédition et entreposage

• Formation obligatoire complétée pour les envois de matières dangereuses

• Maîtrise des équipements de manutention (transpalette, chariot élévateur)

• Connaissance des outils de gestion d'inventaire et familiarité avec SAP

• Bilinguisme français-anglais (niveau fonctionnel)

• Bonne condition physique pour la manutention de pièces lourdes

• Capacité à maintenir un espace de travail propre et sécuritaire

Qualifications préférées :

• Expérience avec les systèmes de transport et logistique

• Connaissance des processus d'achat et d'approvisionnement

• Compétences en technologie informatique

• Expérience en service à la clientèle avec feedback positif

• Capacité de travail d'équipe et flexibilité pour des tâches d'entretien général

Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)

Receiving / Shipping and Warehouse Specialist – JLL

What this job involves: You will join our team as a versatile receiving/shipping and warehouse management specialist, playing an essential role in maintaining our daily operations. This position allows you to directly contribute to JLL's growth objectives by ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and customer service. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make a tangible difference in our operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage receiving and shipping of goods using Fed Ex systems and other carriers

• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) for pallet placement and movement

• Record entries and exits in SAP and maintain accurate inventory

• Prepare and coordinate orders and shipments to other sites

• Store items in an orderly manner and manage product expiration dates

• Complete dangerous goods declarations for Canadian road transport

• Distribute mail and packages to various departments

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in receiving, shipping, and warehousing

• Completed mandatory training for dangerous goods shipments

• Proficiency with material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)

• Knowledge of inventory management tools and familiarity with SAP

• Bilingual French-English (functional level)

• Good physical condition for handling heavy parts

• Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with transportation and logistics systems

• Knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes

• Computer technology skills

• Customer service experience with positive feedback

• Teamwork ability and flexibility for general maintenance tasks

Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.)
