Job Description: Location: Rayong/Chonburi Position Overview:

Seeking a proactive and experienced Scheduler with Contractor background (plus point) to develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Must have hands-on construction/contractor experience with good understanding of field operations and work breakdown structures. Experience in fast-track construction and Critical Facility Construction is preferred.

Key Requirements:

• Contractor Background - Minimum 5+ years in construction/contractor environment with field operations experience

• Software Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for complex construction scheduling

• Work Breakdown Structure - Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and activity decomposition

• Construction Knowledge - Experience with construction methods, means and methods, and trade dependencies

• Schedule Development - Create detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project closeout

• Critical Path Analysis - Perform schedule analysis, identify delays, and recommend recovery strategies

• Resource Management - Schedule labor, equipment, and material resources across multiple trades and phases

• Progress Monitoring - Track actual vs. planned progress and update schedules based on field conditions

• Stakeholder Coordination - Interface with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners

• Risk Assessment - Identify schedule risks, weather impacts, and constructability issues

• Reporting - Generate progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and executive dashboards

• Quality Control - Maintain schedule logic, validate dependencies, and ensure schedule integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Professional scheduling certification (PMI-SP, PSP) preferred

• Experience with design-build, CM at-risk, or general contracting

• Knowledge of construction contracts and change order impacts

• Strong communication skills for field and office coordination
