What You'll Do:

• Lead Client Relationships: Secure new appointments and exceed client expectations through exceptional service delivery

• Drive Quality: Ensure all valuations meet IVS/API/IFRS standards with comprehensive market analysis and robust justifications

• Mentor & Develop: Guide junior staff while taking ownership as the lead Valuer on key assignments

• Grow the Business: Actively prospect new clients, pursue bank panel appointments, and cross-sell JLL services

• Exceed Targets: Meet personal budget goals while maintaining cost-effective delivery

What We're Looking For:

• CPV qualified with 3+ years in Value and Risk Advisory

• Bank panel experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Confident communication abilities for client and stakeholder management

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and eagerness to master JLL systems
