• maintains and repairs HVAC equipment; tanks, pumps, timers, valves, and controls

• maintains and repairs air handlers and related equipment; air supply, return, motors, fans, and vents

• maintains, and repairs chilled water-related equipment and condensers; water pumps, valves, regulators, and chemicals

• Safely troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC manufacturing and plant equipment

• maintains and repairs electrical systems

• maintains and repairs fire protection system systems

• maintains and repairs plumbing systems

• Work safely and follow all established plant safety policies and procedures

• Communicate appropriately with all site management employees

• Service, clean, inspect and repair equipment periodically following established PMs

• Safely operate mobile equipment such as fork trucks, carts, trucks, lifts, boom lifts, etc.

• Create notifications and follow up on needed repairs and order required parts

• Utilize problem-solving techniques in interacting with other employees in resolving issues

• Knowledge of MEPF testing tools, equipment, and materials common to the trade

• Knowledge of repair, maintenance, and installation techniques

• Abiding by trade codes, standards, and regulations

• Reading and understanding schematics
